Yes! We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on all orders.

Can I track my order?

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How do I start a return?

  3. We’ll send return instructions and the correct return address

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Changed your mind? You cover the return shipping (typically £5–8)
  • Received a damaged or incorrect item? We’ll cover all costs and provide a free return label

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your returned item, we process your refund within 7 business days. It may take 3–5 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If you want a different size or colour, simply contact us and we’ll assist with an exchange.

How do I know what size to choose?

Most items follow standard sizing. Each product page includes a size guide. For loafers, we recommend sizing down half a size for a better fit, as they do not have laces.
