Shipping Costs

All UK orders qualify for free standard shipping. No additional delivery charges will apply at checkout.

Delivery Times

Our average delivery window is 4 to 12 business days, broken down as follows:

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  Order confirmation, product checks, and secure packaging
• Transit Time: 3–9 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  Time in transit from our partner warehouse to your doorstep
• Order cut off : 3 PM GMT London time

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, seasonal sales, or unforeseen delays. We always aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). When your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Uncollected or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or is not collected in time, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Delays & Exceptions

Although we work hard to meet delivery expectations, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions. If there is a known delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist in finding a resolution.
